Substance classes
This section contains two groups of reference peptides. The first is the GHRP class (growth hormone-releasing peptides): Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6 and Hexarelin, studied as ligands of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). The second is analogues of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH): CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) and CJC-1295 with DAC.
Use in research
The substances are used as standards in receptor and endocrinology models and in analytical work, including as references for detection methods.
